These terms apply to your use of the sandsandfagans.co.uk website and any purchases you make through it. The website is operated by Siddle Ltd, trading as Sands & Fagans (company registered in England and Wales, registered address: 16 Devonshire Street, Penrith, Cumbria, CA11 7SR; VAT number: [to confirm]).

By using the website and placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy the products or services in your basket. We will send you an order confirmation by email when we receive your order; this confirms receipt but does not form a contract. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods or, in the case of services, when we confirm your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where there is an error in the product description or price, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will issue a full refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

Bookable services

Services such as ear piercing and permanent jewellery are bookable through the website but are paid for in store at the time of the appointment. Please arrive promptly for your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Ear piercing and permanent jewellery are personal services. Once performed they cannot be refunded.

Returns and refunds

Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, photographs, product images and the Sands & Fagans brand and logo, is owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy or use the content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to this, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from your use of the website or our products.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
