The scraper will allow you to create a straight edge and allow you to apply a perfectly smooth coating of icing/buttercream on your cakes. As our scrapers are made of stainless steel they can be heated gently before using – up to 90°C – making it ideal for getting perfect results with more precise finish on ganache and chocolate coatings too.
