A cook's secret ingredient - this refillable blowtorch is ideal for creating the finishing touch to a variety of dishes and desserts, such as caramelising sugar toppings on créme brûlée and tarte tatin, browning meringues and crisping joints of meat. With a piezo trigger ignition, refillable cylinder (supplied empty) and safety adjustable anti-flare flame. Available in each of the key Colourworks colours so as they can be co-ordinated with a range of other items in the Colourworks range, allowing you to mix, match and co-ordinate your kitchen in a striking array of colours.
